Unit 10 - Activity 1: Have you found your tribe yet?

My updated PLN (highlighted my students in Yellow because I see them as one of the most powerful influencers in the tribe):
One of the most significant insights to this ESL field of education is that you can't do it alone.
With such a broad range of students, experience, teaching theories, and challenges I've learned this community is massive. Conversely, I've also come to realize how small the community is in how they identify as a specialized profession wherever they are in the world. This is demonstrated how the community strives to support each other's growth via online networking, personal collaborations, conference hosting, and the many professional associations that offer a never ending supply of resource materials. They make each other better and honour education as a profession. Recognizing your PLN and that you can't do it alone, seems like a rite of passage in this "tribal" ESL environment. Cheers and "thank you" to all those involved.
